Children's Yoga

Great for all abilities, yoga offers a fun way for children to build strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance.

It helps develop skills that extend beyond the mat, such as improving focus, concentration, and body awareness (proprioception). Through yoga, children also learn to recognise and manage their emotions, gain a better understanding of their bodies and cultivate a sense of calm and positivity. 

In a Yoga Bees class, children will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness based games whilst having lots of fun!
